Shareholders of Harris & Harris Group, Inc., may be interested to know that Molecular Imprints, Inc., announced yesterday sales of its Imprio� 55 system to Lawrence Berkeley National Lab's Molecular Foundry in California, to the University of Texas at Austin and to Pennsylvania State Nanofabrication Facility. Molecular Imprints also announced a sale of its Imprio 100 tool to the Microelectronics Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin. Harris & Harris Group invested $2 million in privately held Molecular Imprints on March 31, 2004. The company develops and manufactures nano-lithography systems for high resolution and for 3-dimensional pattern replication. The company is commercializing its Step and Flash Imprint Lithography technology (S-FILTM), which is a simple step and repeat, room temperature, low pressure, nano-imprint process that has demonstrated sub-20 nanometer resolution.
